Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Welcome to vivora. By creating an account or using the vivora app or website, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
vivora is operated by Austin Stewart, based in Utah, USA. Contact: info@tryvivoraapp.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use vivora. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
Your account
Keep your login secure and your profile information accurate. One person per account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Not medical or nutrition advice
Meal plans, recipes, and dietary filters are suggestions for home cooking — not medical, nutrition, or allergy advice. Always check ingredients and product labels, especially if you have allergies. We cannot guarantee allergen or dietary accuracy, including for AI-generated or community-shared recipes.
Prices are estimates
Grocery costs, budgets, and per-serving prices are approximate. Store prices, taxes, and what you choose to buy will change your real total.
AI content
Recipes, photos, and plans may be created or assisted by AI. They can be wrong or incomplete. Use common sense in the kitchen.
Your content
- You keep ownership of recipes, photos, and feedback you submit.
- You give vivora a license to store and use that content to run the service, improve vivora, and — if you choose — show recipes you share with other users or via link.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
User-uploaded recipes
Recipes, photos, and descriptions uploaded or shared by users come from those users. vivora does not verify where they came from and is not responsible for their accuracy or legality. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share the content (your own recipe, or one you are allowed to use). vivora may remove any content at its discretion.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on vivora infringes your copyright, email info@tryvivoraapp.com with the recipe link, a description of the work, and proof you own it or are authorized to act. We remove infringing content promptly when the claim is valid. Repeat infringers may have their accounts closed.
Acceptable use
Use vivora for personal meal planning. Do not abuse the service, harass others, scrape large amounts of data, reverse engineer the app, or upload illegal content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions (coming soon)
vivora offers a free tier today and plans a Premium tier. When billing launches, payments, renewal, and refunds will be handled by the App Store or other payment provider shown at purchase. Until then, “Upgrade” or waitlist interest is not a charge.
Beta and testing
Features may change, break, or disappear during beta. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime by emailing info@tryvivoraapp.com (in-app deletion is coming soon). We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or legal reasons.
Disclaimers
vivora is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect meal plans, or exact prices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, vivora and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to vivora is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
